Project Summary：
The project plans to expand 600 mu economic forests, newly establish 2.9 kilometer-long concrete irritation ditch, dredge and reform 12000 cubic earthwork of rivers and ponds, build various buildings with leisure and amusement purposes, rectify 400 mu land, construct 2.5 kilometer-long sand road, establish a 500-mu special plantation, 500mu garden for planting organic rice, 300mu organic tea garden, 500mu ecological breeding garden and 500mu sightseeing garden. |
| Project Preliminary Proposal & Work Progress in the First-phase
The planned area boasts rich natural resources, and the water storage amount of the 3 reservoirs may hit 0.6 million cubic meters. The resources of hill body and vegetation are well preserved with numerous landscaping resources. With a long history, Cherry Bay and Maple Bay are endowed with deep cultural elements and capable of being further developed. So far, the planning work for the area has finished. The development may be carried out by means of co-production or joint venture.
