The building is situated at 94 West Zhongshan Road of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, and is a 13-storey steel and concrete structure complex including one underground floor. The complex covers a land area of 5,115.4m2(7.67 mu) and a building area of 14,094.16 m2, and has some brick-and-concrete-structured front door shops whose building area amounts to 251m2. The project may be built into a view-appreciating hotel, large-scale shopping mall, large hospital, and recreational complex, and so on. |
