Project Summary：
The new center will cover an area of 4 hectares (60 mu) and a total building floor of 106,000m2, and consist of a main building, skirt building(audio-video cultural recreational corridor), north building, and south building. The center will be constructed into a large-scale architectural complex integrating as a whole such functions as collecting, editing, broadcasting and transmitting of radio and TV programs, administration, sightseeing and tourism, amusement, and outdoor scene base. To build the audio-video cultural recreational corridor, we’ll learn from foreigners’ practice in opening radio and TV media to the public, make full use of and explore the currently available radio and TV facilities and potentials, and link all the processes of collecting, editing and broadcasting of radio and Tv programs in the form of sightseeing corridor for tourists’ visiting and participating. With large-scale hi-tech recreational and interactive functions, the center will enjoy superior advantages over the surrounding cities like Nanjing, Yangzhou, Changzhou, Wuxi, and become a shining tourist attraction during holidays. The main building and skirt building will be self constructed while projects in south building, north building and cultural recreational corridor will seek cooperation partners. |

The project’s proposal and feasibility study report have passed governmental approval, and the project has entered the stage of engineering survey. It’s proposed to adopt such forms as solo investment, joint venture, and co-production, etc.
