Project Summary：
The project plans to requisition a land of 157 mu including the 75 mu shoals to establish the 25,000㎡ workshops, one 35KV4000KW transformer substation, one 30,000-tonnage shipway, one 10,000-tonnage shipway, two 10,000-tonnage fitting-outberths. Upon its completion, the project is estimated to achieve a sales amount of 1.2 billion Yuan with a tax of 220 million Yuan, whose market prospect looks good. So far, the construction of such infrastructure facilities as workshops, etc has come to an end, and the two-thirds work amount of shipways and fitting-outberths have finished. Investors are hoped to offer ready money to further expand the production scale in the forms of joint venture or co-production. |
